脫貧奇跡令人贊嘆

 

 

美國(guó)小哥聶子瑞（Erik Nilsson）是2006年來(lái)到中國(guó)的，他說(shuō)：“我已走遍中國(guó)大陸所有省區(qū)市，親身經(jīng)歷了中國(guó)的扶貧奇跡。”

 

"I came to China in 2006 and have since traveled in every provincial-level region on the Chinese mainland to experience and contribute to China's poverty alleviation miracle."

 

聶子瑞是中國(guó)日?qǐng)?bào)“新時(shí)代斯諾工作室”成員之一，在他看來(lái)，不論是從內(nèi)蒙古的沙漠到西藏的苔原，還是從貴州的森林到河北的草原，中國(guó)人總是屢出奇招，努力解決各種極端和復(fù)雜的貧困難題。

 

From the deserts of Inner Mongolia to the tundra of Tibet, from the forests of Guizhou to the prairies of Hebei, Chinese people have developed unexpected innovations to overcome the often extreme and complicated causes of poverty.

 

聶子瑞對(duì)中國(guó)的扶貧實(shí)踐特別感興趣，還曾經(jīng)在江西贛州和農(nóng)民一起直播賣(mài)貨。他說(shuō)，當(dāng)?shù)睾芏嗳送ㄟ^(guò)直播和電子商務(wù)把產(chǎn)品賣(mài)到全國(guó)各地，加快了脫貧致富步伐。

 

"In Ganzhou, Jiangxi province, I joined a livestream in a farmer's orchard. Many people like him are using livestreams and e-commerce to sell products around the country, rapidly accelerating poverty alleviation in such communities."

 

聶子瑞與他的妻子和兩個(gè)孩子都在中國(guó)生活，他對(duì)新時(shí)代的中國(guó)發(fā)展充滿信心。

 

From achieving a complete victory in the fight against poverty to advancing rural revitalization, across the board, China is creating a better future in the new era.

 

經(jīng)濟(jì)邁向高質(zhì)量發(fā)展

 

 

“新時(shí)代斯諾工作室”另一位成員、來(lái)自美國(guó)的伊谷然（Ian Goodrum）也在中國(guó)生活多年。據(jù)他觀察，近年來(lái)，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)從高速增長(zhǎng)轉(zhuǎn)向高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，積極推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，提升整體發(fā)展水平和質(zhì)量效益。

 

In recent years, China's economy has begun the transition from high-speed growth to high-quality development, advancing its economic restructuring while improving overall standards and efficiency.

 

伊谷然曾不止一次參加上海進(jìn)博會(huì)、北京服貿(mào)會(huì)、烏鎮(zhèn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì)的采訪，對(duì)話過(guò)經(jīng)濟(jì)界專家和大咖，深深體會(huì)到人工智能等新技術(shù)賦能制造、物流、交通等產(chǎn)業(yè)快速升級(jí)。

From manned spaceflight to sea exploration, from basic research to the commercialization of technological achievements, China's sci-tech sector has achieved profound advancements.

 

他還提到中國(guó)成功邁入了創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家行列。中國(guó)全球創(chuàng)新指數(shù)排名從2012年的第34位提升到2021年的第12位。

 

China has become an innovative nation. The country's Global Innovation Index rank rose from 34th in 2012 to 12th in 2021.

 

綠水青山就是金山銀山

 

過(guò)去十年，中國(guó)積極努力改善生態(tài)環(huán)境，成效斐然。喜歡親近大自然的伊谷然對(duì)此頗為認(rèn)同。

 

Over the past decade, China has taken the initiative to improve its ecological environment, and the adoption of these vehicles is just the tip of the iceberg.

 

 

十年來(lái)，中國(guó)累計(jì)造林6400萬(wàn)公頃，形成了一道道靚麗的風(fēng)景線。

 

In that time, 64 million hectares of trees have been planted in China, creating beautiful landscapes.

 

生態(tài)環(huán)境部數(shù)據(jù)顯示，中國(guó)的空氣質(zhì)量和水質(zhì)穩(wěn)步改善。

 

Data from the Ministry of Ecology and Environment show the country's air and water quality have steadily improved.

 

伊谷然說(shuō)，2020年，中國(guó)又向前邁出了堅(jiān)定一步，宣布2030年前實(shí)現(xiàn)碳達(dá)峰、2060年前實(shí)現(xiàn)碳中和，這充分彰顯了中國(guó)的擔(dān)當(dāng)。

 

In 2020, it took another resolute step forward by announcing it would peak its carbon emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality before 2060.

 

始終堅(jiān)持胸懷天下

 

伊谷然一直對(duì)國(guó)際形勢(shì)密切關(guān)注，經(jīng)常在中國(guó)日?qǐng)?bào)網(wǎng)撰寫(xiě)評(píng)論文章。他認(rèn)為，在充滿各種嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)的全球環(huán)境下，中國(guó)堅(jiān)定維護(hù)和平、發(fā)展以及互利合作，倡導(dǎo)構(gòu)建新型國(guó)際關(guān)系。

 

In an environment filled with these and other daunting challenges, China has resolutely upheld peace, development and mutually beneficial cooperation, advocating for a new type of international relations.

 

在一系列國(guó)際會(huì)議、論壇和活動(dòng)中，中國(guó)積極倡導(dǎo)構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體理念。

 

At many international conferences, forums and events, China has actively promoted the idea of a community with a shared future for mankind.

 

 

在他看來(lái)，中國(guó)一直是促進(jìn)全球發(fā)展的行動(dòng)者。自2013年首次提出“一帶一路”倡議以來(lái)，截至2022年7月，中國(guó)已與149個(gè)國(guó)家和32個(gè)國(guó)際組織簽署了200多項(xiàng)合作文件。

 

China has been taking concrete action in this vein for some time. Since first putting forward the concept of the Belt and Road Initiative in 2013, it has signed more than 200 cooperation agreements with 149 countries and 32 international organizations as of July 2022.
